Early Check-in

The standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.

If cleaning finishes earlier than expected on the day of check-in, we will contact guests who requested early check-in at least 30 minutes before the cleaning is completed.

If cleaning takes longer, early check-in may not be possible, but you can leave your luggage in advance.

Door Lock Instructions

Press the keypad once with your palm.

When the keypad appears, enter the password we provided to you the day before check-in.

Make sure to press * at the end of the password!

Check-out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Please wash the dishes and cups you’ve used.

Please place food waste in the food waste bin under the sink.

* Please do not mix food waste and plastic containers with regular trash! We kindly ask for your cooperation.

Luggage Storage

You are welcome to use the luggage storage room in the hallway on the day of check-in/check-out. The room is located just after you enter the shared entrance.

You can use it even if you arrive earlier than check-in time.

It is also available for use for a day after check-out.
